Lars's Cuisine
Your Chef, Lars Johansson, a proponent of simplicity in flavors, values the quality of ingredients to offer dishes that nourish both the body and the soul.
Inspired by his Swedish roots, his experience in Denmark, and the delights of traditional French cuisine, Lars's cuisine is an invitation to travel.
Convinced that the quality of the chef cannot surpass that of the products he uses, we pay particular attention to the rigorous selection of our ingredients and trusted suppliers.
Naturally, we prioritize local and seasonal products whenever possible.
Lars has worked for many years in Copenhagen, as the right-hand man of Søren Gericke , an icon of the Danish gastronomic scene. His cuisine, blending new Scandinavian cuisine with his travels around the world, while preserving the foundations of traditional French cuisine, is an ode to intuition and seasonal inspiration.
Wild thyme from the garden, Sarawak pepper, Guérande salt, lemongrass from Thailand, or Combava from the Indian Ocean all come together while respecting each other. Lars will offer you genuine local beurre blanc as well as a risotto with crayfish bisque or a gravlaks respectful of its origins.
Our local products come from our neighboring producers or, when possible, from our own garden.
To ensure the freshness of our ingredients, we recommend booking your guest table in advance and informing us of any allergies or food intolerances.
The guest table is available by reservation only and is served at 7:30 p.m. The dinner includes a starter, a main course, a cheese platter, and a dessert, at a rate of 59 euros per person (drinks not included).
