Cancellation and prepayment conditions for reservations made on our website:


Cancellation is possible and free until 7 days before the start date of the stay until 7:00 pm, beyond which the full amount of the stay will be charged to the customer at Château Haute Roche.


In case of no-show on the day of the start of the stay, the full amount of the stay will be due from the customer to Château Haute Roche.


Payment: We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards on our website www.chateauhauteroche.com.

Accommodation rates with breakfast are all inclusive of taxes.


The amount of the stay will be charged 7 days before the start date of the stay using the credit card that was registered during the reservation. For stays of more than 7 days as well as for groups, please contact us by email via our website www.chateauhauteroche.com or by phone at 0 699 010 246.


Customer arrival and departure times: arrival from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Departure between 8:00 am and 11:00 am.


The table d'hôte (set menu) is exclusively served in the evening to our resident guests and by reservation at least 3 days in advance.


Please refer to the website www.chateauhauteroche.com for evenings when dinner service is offered.


The right of withdrawal provided for in the Consumer Code for distance contracts does not apply to contracts for accommodation services.
In accordance with Article L.223-2 of the Consumer Code, we inform our customers of their right to register free of charge on the telephone canvassing opposition list: https://www.bloctel.gouv.fr/


The Establishment reserves the right to cancel a reservation for force majeure.


Mediation:


In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, the consumer, subject to Article L.612.2 of the Consumer Code, has the option of initiating a request for amicable resolution through mediation, within a period of less than one year from the date of his written complaint to the professional.
This establishment has designated, by registration under number 80302/MJ/2302, SAS Médiation Solution as the consumer mediation entity.

The consumer will specify to the mediator what he expects from this mediation and why, - Copy of the prior complaint, - all documents allowing the processing of the request (order form, invoice, proof of payment, etc.)
